We notify you by email to your registered address and display an in-platform banner when terms change. The updated version takes effect on the date stated in the notice; continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Yes. Every transaction processed through your account — whether via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer — falls under these terms. Payment-specific conditions such as minimum deposit amounts or processing windows are detailed in the payments section of the help centre.

You can request a data summary at any time by emailing support with your account ID and a verified identity document. We will compile and send your transaction history and profile data within five business days of receiving the verified request.

Raise a formal complaint through email support. Our compliance desk will review the decision against the terms as written and issue a written response within five business days. If you remain unsatisfied, the dispute can be escalated per the jurisdiction process detailed at the end of these terms.

The core terms are the same across all accounts, but eligibility and certain payment conditions depend on local law and are available where local law permits. Provisions specific to Indian accounts — such as supported payment rails and currency — are called out explicitly in the relevant sections.

Submit a closure request via email or live chat. We will confirm receipt, settle any pending withdrawals to your linked UPI or PhonePe account, and close the account within three business days. Closed accounts retain a transaction record as required by applicable law.
