These terms apply to you if you access stakeac where local law permits it. Access and eligibility depend on the laws in your specific state or region in India. You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in your location before creating an account.

We collect your name, registered email address, phone number, and identity verification documents at the point of registration. Transaction data — including UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payment references — is also recorded and held for compliance purposes.

Send a written data-access request to our compliance email address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. Include your registered account email. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and deliver a structured data export within 30 days.

You may request deletion of personal data not required for legal or financial compliance. Transaction records must be retained for seven years under financial regulations. Submit your erasure request in writing and we will confirm which data can be removed and the expected timeline.

Submit a formal written dispute via email with the subject line 'Account Dispute'. Include your account reference and a description of the issue. Our compliance team will issue a final written decision within ten business days of receiving your submission.

Transaction records through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are processed by those payment providers under their own privacy policies. On our side, your transaction data is held securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or financial compliance obligations.
